Breaking it down: What is our FlyHigh class?

FlyHigh is one of our HIIT strength series classes that uses 5:00 circuits with weights and cardio.  You’ll achieve maximum burn and results in only 45 minutes with a variety of props including a treadmill option, bosu balls, TRX and a ton of cameraderie. Similar to bootcamps, this class is loads of fun and one of our most popular!
