Our cycling classes are different than any others you’ve tried. Flyride classes are full-body workouts where you’ll work your arms, legs and core. We ride to the rhythm, feeling the beat and using inspiring playlists curated by our instructors. Our HIIT classes (flyfire and flyhigh) use intervals and cardio combined with weight training with props to make your workout fun yet challenging. Our barre classes (flyphysique, flyburn) are unique because you’ll get the length and toning while feeling that burn you’re looking for and you’ll feel energized too. We also offer a variety of yoga classes, from candlelight to hot flyyoga to our signature flyyoga power classes. So come try them all and see what you love the most.
