Is Fly open for in-studio classes?

Beginning Monday, March 17 & confirmed through Sunday, March 22, Fly Fitness will temporarily close both it’s NOLNK & SOLNK studios in Lincoln, NE in an effort try to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus, per recommendations from our public health officials.

What will happen to my membership while you are closed?

For our members with active memberships (like a Fly Monthly) or a class package (such as a 10, 20 or 50 class), we are granting online access to our private Sweat Community on Facebook. Our Fly instructors will be livestreaming workouts every day from the page (saved for later viewing as well), so you can join us for your daily sweat session while practicing social distancing. Request to join the Facebook group, and we’ll add you in for community discussions, virtual workouts & other exciting ways to stay connected during these uncertain times.

Because we are a small business, we are doing what we can to sustain our memberships over this period of temporary closure. We are offering a credit forward for use when we reopen for in-person classes if your billing cycle autorenews during our temporary closure. We appreciate your support if you are financially able to remain active!

We will offer class package extensions on regular series class packages as well as Pilates reformer packages to cover the time of our closure. This also includes any intro packages purchased prior to our closure. We will be providing more information at the time on how to submit a ticket for an extension.

If you are unable to keep your autopay membership active during this time, we, of course, completely understand. Contact flystudio@feelsfly.com to request a suspension or cancellation of your contract. Please allow 48 hours for us to process this request. We will honor any cancellation requests received at least 48 hours prior to the autorenew date. As always, we are unable to refund any memberships or packages purchased in the past.

Can I join the online Sweat Community without an active membership or class package?

We are so excited to offer a limited 7-Day Fly Online Sweat Community membership for those who are unable to keep their full membership active or purchase a class package at this time. This will grant you online access to our Facebook community, free virtual workouts & more. As a thank you for your support during this time, we will credit you a single class for use in-studio once we reopen for each 7-day membership you purchase.

How do I join Fly's Online Sweat Community?

If you are currently an active member or class package holder, simply request access through our Facebook group here.

If you are requesting access with a Facebook profile name that doesn’t match your MindBody account information, just send us a note at flystudio@feelsfly.com so we can identify you!

If you are purchasing our 7-Day Fly Online Sweat Community Access pass, first confirm your purchase on your MindBody account, and then request to join using the information above.

When will Fly reopen for regularly scheduled classes?

As soon as we are able to reopen our doors with the confidence that we can do so without putting our community & staff’s health at risk, we will do so! We will update this page with information with any changes, as well as update our Facebook & Instagram followers & email subscribers.
