Laurel

I am currently a student at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln pursuing a biology major with hopes of attending PA school after I graduate! Growing up, I played volleyball at a very high level and planned on playing in college until multiple injuries caused me to change plans. While this adjustment was very difficult for me, Fly gave me a space to find my love for fitness again while helping me grow as an individual. It is such a special place and I feel so lucky to be part of this amazing community!!!!

How you came to fly?

When I was 15, I spent the weekend up in Lincoln visiting my older sister Kristen who was a student at UNL at the time. She loved Fly and was so excited to bring me to one of Jenni’s cycle classes. I had the absolute best time and thought it was so much fun! When I decided to attend UNL, joining the Fly community was the first thing on my mind! It has been my favorite part about my time here in Lincoln and brings so much happiness to my life.
