Why is Fly different from traditional gyms?
You’ll feel the Fly difference the moment you walk into one of our studios. Our positive energy greets you when you walk in the front doors, and you will leave with a newfound strength and confidence after you’ve finished your first class.
Our cycling classes are full-body workouts where we ride to the rhythm, feeling the beat and using inspiring playlists curated by our instructors. Our strength classes use intervals and cardio combined with weight training with props to make your workout fun yet challenging. Our barre classes strengthen and tone you with a signature burn that will energize you. We also offer a variety of yoga classes, from candlelight to power, sculpt & gentle flow classes. Our Pilates reformer sessions are fast-paced, detail-oriented and completely empowering.
We believe your sweat session should be fun. You can dance on your bike or in your circuit class with your posse. Fly is your new happy hour!
Is Fly for beginners?
Fly workouts are for everyone, every fitness level. It’s scary to walk in and take your first class, no matter your experience, so our highly trained instructors offer variations and modifications throughout each class while also teaching to the highest level, ensuring that all workouts can be adapted to any fitness level. We encourage beginners to start slowly. Kids are welcome from 13 years of age or older as long as they are accompanied by an adult. You must be 18 to attend class on your own.
If you’re new, remember there are always new people in class! Our highly trained staff are here to answer questions. Come, have fun, pace yourself and enjoy your first time!
What should I expect on my first visit to the Fly studio?
Before your first class, make sure you hydrate. Check in at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class to make sure you’re ready and have everything you need for class. For cycling especially, we strongly encourage you to arrive with ample time before the class begins to get fitted for shoes and the proper bike setup.
We recommend that you sign up online or book ahead by downloading the MindBody App on your phone to lock in your spot in class.
Arrive at least 15 minutes early. For all classes, a Fly team member will be there to assist you in finding the correct studio for your class and getting the necessary equipment prepared. Please note: entrance to class is not permitted after 5 minutes after the start time for the safety of all our participants. If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your spot may be released to another person on the waitlist.
Sign your waiver. If you are new to Fly, you will need to fill out the waiver online or grant yourself extra time before class to do so at the front desk. You can review any other safety instructions when you arrive. If you are under 18 your parent/guardian must sign the waiver and all participants must be at least 13 years old.

For barre, Pilates & yoga classes, we require grip socks and sell them in the studio. Shoes are not allowed in the barre/yoga studio classes unless you have a pre-approved exception due to injury from studio management.
