Fly workouts are for everyone, every fitness level. We encourage beginners to start slowly. Kids are welcome from 13 years of age or older as long as they are accompanied by an adult. You must be 18 to attend class on your own.

Before your first class, make sure you hydrate. Check in at the front desk 15 minutes prior to class to make sure you’re ready and have everything you need for class. For cycling especially, we strongly encourage you to arrive with ample time before the class begins to get fitted for shoes and the proper bike setup.

We recommend that you sign up online or book ahead by downloading the MindBody App on your phone to lock in your spot in class.

If you are not signed in 3 minutes prior to class, your spot may be released to another person on the waitlist.

We recommend that you wear form-fitting tops and bottoms that stay out of the way during class. This is to prevent clothing from snagging on equipment. For barre, Pilates & yoga classes, we require grip socks and sell them in the studio. Shoes are not allowed in the barre/yoga studio classes unless you have a pre-approved exception due to injury from studio management.
