Bio

Hi, I’m Maddie and I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m from Lincoln, Nebraska, and while I didn’t always consider myself the most athletic growing up, I found real joy in moving my body and exercising, especially when doing it alongside others. That love for movement led me to discover group fitness classes, and I’ve been a fan ever since!

Today, I’m lucky enough to call fitness my full-time job. When I’m not teaching or training, you can find me flowing through yoga or Pilates, lifting weights, walking my two sweet dogs (Willow and Jim), getting lost in a fantasy novel, or experimenting with a new recipe in the kitchen.

I can’t wait to meet you in one of my reformer classes. See you soon!

How you came to fly?

I was looking for somewhere that had reformer Pilates classes over two years ago and that’s how I discovered Fly! Since then, reformer classes have been apart of my weekly routine!
