Bio

Mom of three daughters and 2.5 dogs (one is a little chubby), attorney-by-day, extroverted introvert, believer in the power of positive energy, spreading kindness, and taking the high road. I love the lake and reading (and reading at the lake). I procrastinate and drink too much caffeine!

How you came to fly?

In 2021 a dear friend (see Michelle Cody’s link;-)) introduced me to Fly in downtown Fargo. I was terrified to attend, as I’d not been in a “sweaty gym” for decades. Fly blew me away — it changed my body, but more importantly, my life! I often say that I love Fly because of the people, the energy, the positivity — the exercise is just a side benefit! Pilates changed my world for the better – I started teaching so that I could help others improve their health, build their confidence, and spread the Fly spirit!
