Tired of setting resolutions and not meeting them? That’s where Fly’s New Year, New You program comes in.

Over the next few weeks, we’re going to help this exclusive group set a wellness goal and achieve it. Not only that, but we’re going to make sure you love the journey and have all the tools you need for continued success in the future.

A hugely important part of setting and reaching your goals is making them specific, measurable and attainable. It’s also helpful to track your progress daily as a reminder of what you’re working toward, why and what steps you can take in the moment to reach them. We’ve designed a custom goal tracker for the New Year, New You challenge. This is designed to help you stay motivated, grateful, and realistic over these next few weeks.

During the series, we will host a thread of events available to program participants to attend. These events will be 30 to 45 minutes long and will cover different areas of wellness to help you start and continue positive habits that will contribute to your health. The tentative event schedule is below.

  • Tuesday, January 9, 4:30PM – 5:15PM, goal-setting workshop & series kickoff with Jenni at Fly
  • Tuesday, January 16, 4:30PM – 5:15PM, self-talk presentation and meditation with Kim and Wendy at Fly
  • Tuesday, January 23, 11AM – 12PM, lunch and learn on eating with love with Whole Foods Market at Fly
  • Tuesday, January 30, 4:30PM, end-of-challenge get-together at Fly

You’ll set an overarching challenge goal for this series, but you’ll also receive small daily challenges to keep your fire burning and your journey moving forward. A few of our rockstar Fly instructors will join you in a private Facebook group to coach you throughout the series and lend their expertise and words of encouragement.

Ultimately, we want to see you reach your goal, and all of these things are designed to help you do just that. But remember, be gentle on yourself. No one can be firing at 120% every single day.
