Breaking It Down: What Is our FlyFire Class?

FlyFire is one of our HIIT strength series classes that uses intervals of 30/60/90 seconds and cardio/legs and arms.  We use a variety of weights and other props to help clients achieve maximum burn and results in only 45 minutes.
