Bio

I teacher cycle, burn, hiit, and reformers at Fly. I was introduced to group fitness when I was in highschool where I would go to workout classes with my mom at 5:30 in the morning! Long story short I started instructing when I was 18 and I’m still on the bike today, I still get a high every time I’m on the bike. I am married to my husband Isaac + am a mama to a sweet little boy named Truman and a girl named Ella. When I’m not at Fly you can find me teaching in the classroom, spending time with family, exploring Fargo, and enjoying time outside.

How you came to fly?

I started at Fly in the beginning after hearing about it from a fellow instructor.  I had previously been teaching cycle at a studio that had closed and was hoping to continue my fitness journey. Fly’s values and vision matched my passions and I jumped right in!
