Bio

I’m a lifelong gym rat, starting at a young age with volleyball and basketball, and into my 20s with taekwondo and kickboxing. I first learned about the magic of yoga because doing hip openers can help you kick higher — if you know, you know 😉

I made the switch because of how the practice of yoga brings balance in fitness and life, though I still love the intensity of cycling, HIIT, and weight lifting. Outside of the gym, I am a writer, photographer, artist, and wanderer in nature.

How you came to fly?

While Jenni was building Fly in downtown Lincoln, I kept walking by during construction and imagining what it was going to be. I had no idea it would open a new chapter and change the course of my life. At that time, I was recovering from a car accident and a head injury, and I began working on regaining my strength and overall health.

Fly was the key!

The unique blend of positivity, self empowerment, and the supportive community is truly healing.
