Bio

I am an attorney, nutrition coach, former competitive swimmer, ex marathoner, lifter, CrossFitter, & gay dad. Beyond having a law degree, I have a BA in Communications & am also a Girls Gone Strong Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist, Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach, & Level 1 certified for Precision Nutrition & CrossFit.

How You Came to Fly?

After I came out as gay, I sought to find people & spaces where I felt safe. Naturally, as someone who has been involved in fitness throughout my life, local gyms were immediately on my radar. The moment I came to Fly, I knew I had found a safe space for me to be, & I knew I wanted to be part of it.
