My journey with fitness started in 2015, I was unhappy with my health and chose to take that first step to improve it. I jumped in full force, trying as many different fitness modalities as I could, and from it my relationship with movement began. I am a certified personal trainer, have my barre certification, and have my 200 hour RYT.
I LOVE teaching HIIT and low impact movements like those found in barre and Pilates; but yoga is my true passion. I believe that the balance found between mind and body within the practice of yoga is imperative to good health. Especially when one considers the normality of that go-go-go lifestyle most people lead.
I am a Colorado native, blessed with being raised in the beautiful community of Loveland. If I am not at the studio you can find me somewhere in the mountains, at the gym, dancing at a music festival, or out downtown with friends and family.
It’s too difficult for me to pick one! I listen to everything! EDM, country, hip hop, heavy metal, nothing is off limits when it comes to my playlists.
