Bio

Growing up, I found myself passionately involved in dance and sports, it gave me sense of routine, stress relief & self discovery. I loved discovering the strengths my body and choreographing dance – it became therapeutic for me! I joined Fly as a client right after studios opened back up after COVID & it became a big steering wheel keeping me in rhythm (& sane) going through my first postpartum season. The positive influences here helped me find confidence to start barre training & from there I’ve grown into instructing cycle and the Assistant Manager position and where I am able to fit the many passions in my life in one place!

How you came to fly?

My boyfriend’s sister & mom were long-time clients & had more than great things to say about what Fly did for them. They introduced me & took me to my first barre class – I was a little nervous at first coming into my first class, but right away, I was hooked to the environment, the energy, & the people. Fly became a therapeutic escape through all the change through the pandemic, postpartum & motherhood, everything life through in my way!!
