Bio

I’ve always loved music and fitness in general but didn’t realize how incredible it could be until I joined Fly upon it opening up it’s doors. I instantly fell in love. I went to every class I could eventually deciding to join the instructor team first in cycling, then HIIT and finished with barre.

How you came to fly?

I attended a free yoga class in Tower Square with a friend and saw the “Coming Soon” sign at Fly. I signed up to receive the emails and tried a class as soon as Fly opened and never looked back. The Fly vibe and community sucked me in.
