Bio

Being apart of a team growing up was always something I enjoyed! Activities I was involved in included dance, playing collegiate soccer, and now I am apart of a team of medical providers working as a Physician Assistant. A team atmosphere is what I know best! While being apart of many groups and a wide variety of activities I learned many qualities. I found a passion in choreography, making playlists, and being the ultimate hype woman when someone needs it. Once I moved back to Lincoln from college I found that working out alone is not as fun as being in the same room as a bunch of dedicated, energetic, and supportive members. The energy I experienced after attending fly lead me straight to wanting to be an instructor.

How you came to fly?

After finishing college athletics I returned to Lincoln with the hopes of finding a gym that was full of energy. My friend Alex always talked about Fly as being a place away from home. From day one of entering fly I have only experienced positivity and encouragement. I decided to begin instructor training in 2019 for HIIT. Since then I became attached to teaching and loved finishing class with that “extra push” alongside many members. Since HIIT training I decided to become an instructor in Barre and Cycle as well! Fly has always been my place of peace and happiness!
