Bio

I have been involved in fitness for many years. I began with my love of aerobics – dancing and creating sweat. After having my babies I was looking for a fun way to have time for me while creating the best version of myself inside and out. As I kept exploring different styles of workouts I discovered a yoga studio that offered not only yoga but barre as well. I fell hard for both. I knew I needed to get more involved! At the time there was nothing for barre training but found a yoga program. Not long into this journey I found post on social media looking for instructors and immediately noticed barre training was included. And that led me to my new fitness family.

How you came to fly?

After auditioning in 2015 I was hired as a barre & yoga instructor at Fly. The studio was still in construction and we spent many afternoons and eves practicing on equipment that Jenni had delivered to her home. So many fun memories of learning new styles of teaching and seeing Jenni’s vision come to life. It has changed me in so many ways. Fly is not just a gym, it’s a family. A family of amazing and very different people finding a common bond and finding friendship. I am thankful to have an opportunity to do exactly what I love every day.
